These Terms govern B2B wholesale supply, quotations, orders, payment, delivery, and use of
advaitahygiene.com. By requesting a quote or placing an order on behalf of an organization,
you agree to these Terms.
Quotations & pricing
Website prices are indicative unless confirmed in a written quotation or tax invoice. Final
price, GST, freight, and MOQ are stated at quotation or invoice stage. GST No:
29ABECA8426C1ZQ.
Orders & payment
Orders are binding only after our written acceptance and any required advance payment or
credit approval. Payment terms are stated on the invoice. We may decline orders due to stock,
credit, or regulatory reasons.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk passes on delivery to the agreed address or carrier
handover unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
Cancellation, returns & warranty
Standard orders may be cancelled before dispatch with our approval. Custom or imported orders
are generally non-cancellable once procured. Report transit damage within 48 hours. Manufacturing
defects are reviewed per invoice warranty terms.
Liability & jurisdiction
Liability is limited to the invoice value of the products giving rise to a claim. Governed by
the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise
agreed in writing.
